“I have been practicing Yoga for nearly a year and it has been a real positive in my life. Kathy really is an incredible person and teacher, the other students have been great too. The classes vary each week and Kathy is often responsive to the mood of the class and adapts the sessions to suit. I have found that I use some practices in day to day life, especially the various breathing practices which help to deal with stress.”
