"I came because I wanted a good yoga practice. I didn't realise how much more I was going to find. I thought yoga was about a good stretch but instead I found so much more.

I used to struggle with panic attacks and when stressful things happened, I would go into complete panic. Now I no longer feel so concerned about that, because I know I can take control of it in a really kind and calm way. I always knew to breathe deeply but it never really worked before. Now I believe it works because I have built a sense of trust and understanding through the teachings Kathy has taught.

My life has become so much quieter. I cope with things so differently now. Kathy teaches you about your own mind, and once you understand it a little better, you can work with it instead of against it."
